9/14/24 at 23:33 hours Company 15 was alerted for the MVA on Charles St A/O Farmland Dr. Engine 151 with Chief 15 arrived on scen to find a two vehicle head on collision with three people trapped. Engine 151 requested the full assignment and started extrication. Chief 15 established the Charles St. command. All three patients were extricated within 15 min of arrival. Chief 10 and Squad 10 handled the landing site for Trooper 2. Two patients were flown to area trauma centers and one patient was taken by ground to an area trauma center.
